Ingredients
- 60 g soft butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 275 g flour
- 8 g baking powder
- 100 g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops (depending on taste also more)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees (top/bottom heat)
- Whip butter and sugar in a bowl
- Add the egg and continue stirring
- Add bananas and vanilla extract and stir until smooth
- Stir in flour and baking powder
- Add Baking & Cooking Drops
- Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 40-50 minutes
Tip
To ensure that the Baking & Cooking Drops do not sink to the bottom during baking, the chocolate can be cooled in the freezer about 15 minutes before baking and then turned in flour.
