The delicious banana bread with Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops is the perfect way to use overripe bananas. In addition, the unique Baking & Cooking Drops add a pure cocoa taste to the recipe.

  • 60 g soft butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 275 g flour
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 100 g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops (depending on taste also more)


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees (top/bottom heat)
  2. Whip butter and sugar in a bowl
  3. Add the egg and continue stirring
  4. Add bananas and vanilla extract and stir until smooth
  5. Stir in flour and baking powder
  6. Add Baking & Cooking Drops
  7. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 40-50 minutes


To ensure that the Baking & Cooking Drops do not sink to the bottom during baking, the chocolate can be cooled in the freezer about 15 minutes before baking and then turned in flour.
