Milk from the Entlebuch Biosphere in the heart of Switzerland gives the fine cocoa from the Alto Huayabamba Valley a wonderful caramel note. A wonderful combination of near and far.

Roast and coffee flavors of pure-grade Arabica beans, grown at 1700 meters above sea level from Rodriguz de Mendoza in Peru, combined with a caramel note of fine milk chocolate made from hay milk from the Entlebuch.

The aroma of rose balm from the Puschlav unfolds fully in the ganache of sweet Bernese honey, cream and butter, rounded off by the intense cocoa flavors of dark Grand Cru chocolate.
