The Gourmet Collection includes 3 organic chocolate bars, each weighing 91g. All three creations are crafted using select cacao beans from our own farms in the Huayabamba Valley, Peru, and processed by one of Switzerland’s finest chocolatiers, who blends them with other organic ingredients to create these exquisite bars. 

The collection includes the following chocolate creations:

Dark Sea Salt 71%: In this chocolate, the intense cacao flavors meet the floral notes of Guérande sea salt.

Dark Raspberry Quinoa 64% - Lindley: For this creation, we’ve combined raspberry pieces and quinoa crisps with our dark chocolate “Elmer” 64%, which carries notes of raspberries, cranberries, black tea, and pepper. The tartness of the raspberry enhances the fruity notes of the chocolate, while the quinoa adds a refreshing crunch.

Milk Caramel Sea Salt 41% - Felix: Enjoy a perfectly balanced milk chocolate, where intense caramel, marzipan, and wildflower honey notes are enriched with an extra layer of golden caramel and French sea salt from the Guérande region.

The Gourmet Collection is made from cacao mass from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:

• Dark Sea Salt 71%: Cacao mass* (Peru), unrefined cane sugar*, cacao butter* (Dominican Republic), sea salt. Cacao: at least 71%.
• Raspberry Quinoa 64% - Lindley: Cacao mass* (from Peru), raw cane sugar* (from Paraguay), cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic), raspberries* (Switzerland), quinoa crisp 1.5%. Cacao: at least 51.1% cacao).
• Milk Caramel Sea Salt 41% - Felix: Cacao mass* (rom Peru), raw cane sugar* (from Paraguay), cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic), whole milk powder* (Switzerland), caramel pieces 5% (cane sugar, whole milk powder, butter, glucose syrup), sea salt 0.5%*. Cacao: at least 39%.
