The Salted Harmony Collection contains 3 organic chocolate bars of 91g each. All three creations are made from selected cacao beans from our own farms in the Huayabamba Valley in Peru and finally transformed into bars by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers with the addition of other high-quality organic ingredients.

Discover the three chocolate creations:

• Dark Sea Salt 71%: The intense cacao aromas meet the floral notes of the sea salt from Guérande in this chocolate.
• Fine Milk 41%: The delicate melt and the harmonious blend of intense caramel, marzipan, and floral honey notes make this chocolate an irresistible delight. 
• Pure Dark 64%: Creamy dark chocolate with notes of green pepper and green tea.

The Salted Harmony Collection is made from cacao mass from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:

• Dark Sea Salt 71%: cacao mass* (Peru), unrefined cane sugar* (Paraguay), cacao butter* (Dominican Republic), sea salt. Cacao: at least 71%. 
• Fine Milk 41% : cane sugar, cacao butter (Dominican Republic), whole milk powder* (Suisse), cacao mass (Peru). Cacao: minimum 41%. 
• Pure Dark 64%: cacao mass* (Peru), unrefined cane sugar* (Paraguay), cacao butter* (Dome Republic). Cacao: at least 64%.
