Pily's Sweet Collection contains 3 organic bars of 91g each. All three bars are produced from select cocoa beans from our own farms in the Huayabamba Valley in Peru and finally finalized by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers by adding other high-quality organic ingredients.

• Fine Milk 41%: A harmonious milk chocolate with intense caramel, marzipan, and blossom honey notes.
• Hazelnut 64%: Pure dark chocolate 64% with hazelnuts, made from select cacao beans from our own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley and crafted by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers. The addition of hazelnut pieces to this dynamically dark chocolate creates an exciting fusion of texture and flavor.
• Caramel Sea Salt 41%: Harmonious Swiss milk chocolate with 41% cacao, made from select cocoa beans from our own farms in the Peruvian Huayabamba Valley and Swiss organic milk, refined with golden caramel and sea salt from the French Guérande region.

The Pure Collection is made from cocoa mass from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following other ingredients:

• Fine Milk 41%: Cane sugar*, cocoa butter* (Dom. Rep.), whole milk powder*, cocoa mass* (Peru). Cocoa: at least 41%. Organic farming.
• Hazelnut 64%: Cocoa mass (Peru), unrefined cane sugar*, cocoa butter* (Dom. Rep.), hazelnuts* 12%. Cocoa: at least 58%. Organic farming.
• Caramel Sea Salt 41%: Unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter* (Dom. Rep.), whole milk powder*, cocoa mass* (Peru), caramel pieces* 5% (cane sugar, whole milk powder, butter, glucose syrup), sea salt* 0.5%. Cocoa: at least 39%. *Organic farming.
