The product is named after Choba Choba's cacao farmer 'Doriza'. Doriza, also known as "Dori," was born in 1964 in a boat on the Huayabamba River, raised in Pucallpillo, and faced early responsibilities working on her family's farm. Despite challenges and early marriage, she became a mother of five and endured economic hardships. After separating from her partner, she embraced her newfound freedom and joined Choba Choba in 2015.
Doriza's Nuts are meticulously handcrafted with passion and care by our confectionery partner 'L’irrésistible' in the Bernese Jura (CH-2340 Le Noirmont).
