Our pure dark chocolate bar with sea salt is made from exquisite cocoa beans from our own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley in Peru and finally finished by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers.
The intense cocoa flavors meet the floral notes of Guérande sea salt in this chocolate.
The chocolate with sea salt is made from cacao mass* from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:
First, we use raw cane sugar from Paraguay*
Second, we add cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic)
Third is the sea salt from Guérande in France* - a total of 0.6%
*organic farming
This bar of chocolate contains at least 71% cocoa.
Due to our varied production process, the chocolate may contain traces of milk, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and soy. Allergy sufferers are welcome to contact our customer service (community@chobachoba.com) if they have any questions, so that we can find a suitable solution.
