Our Pure Dark 64% bar is a pure dark chocolate with 64% cacao, crafted from carefully selected cacao beans sourced from our own farms in the Huayabamba Valley, Peru. The result is a dynamic dark chocolate with flavors of raspberries, cranberries, black tea, and pepper.

Chocolate bar name: We have decided to name each chocolate bar after a Choba Choba cacao farmer and co-owner of the company. This bar caries the name of Elmer.

The Pure Dark 64% chocolate is made from cacao mass* from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:

1. First, we use raw cane sugar* from Paraguay 
2. Second, we add cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic)

This bar of chocolate contains at least 64% cacao.

Due to our varied production process, the chocolate may contain traces of milk, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and soy. Allergy sufferers are welcome to contact our customer service if they have any questions, so that we can find a suitable solution.
