For this chocolate creation, we have combined raspberry pieces and quinoa chips with our dark chocolate "Elmer" 64%, which features notes of raspberries, cranberries, black tea, and pepper. The acidity of the raspberry pieces enhances the fruity notes of the chocolate, while the quinoa adds a refreshing crunch.

Important Note: Quinoa is a cornerstone of Peruvian heritage, playing a crucial role in the country's agriculture, economy, and diet. This dynamic ingredient not only enriches the taste and texture of our chocolate but also celebrates the cultural significance and sustainability of Peruvian quinoa, the same country where we grow the cacao for our chocolate.

Chocolate bar name: We have decided to name each chocolate bar after a Choba Choba cacao farmer and co-owner of the company. This bar caries the name of Lindley.
