With our Baking & Cooking Drops this classic becomes a real taste experience. Our intense dark pure chocolate gives this recipe an incomparable taste of real chocolate, so that this mousse, the "Mousse au Chocolat", really deserves the name.

  • 200 g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 20 g sugar


  1. Separate eggs
  2. Beat the egg whites and cream separately with 20 g sugar each in two bowls until stiff
  3. Carefully melt the Baking & Cooking Drops in a water bath
  4. Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the whipped cream, add the beaten egg whites directly to it and mix everything directly with a whisk.
  5. Then refrigerate for 2 hours in the fridge


To ensure that a nice mousse is created, do not use a mixer, just whisk it with a whisk.
