- 200 g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops
- 5 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 20 g sugar
- Separate eggs
- Beat the egg whites and cream separately with 20 g sugar each in two bowls until stiff
- Carefully melt the Baking & Cooking Drops in a water bath
- Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the whipped cream, add the beaten egg whites directly to it and mix everything directly with a whisk.
- Then refrigerate for 2 hours in the fridge
To ensure that a nice mousse is created, do not use a mixer, just whisk it with a whisk.
